ASML Lunch Lecture

October 7 @ 12:30 - 14:30

Semiconductor industry trends, Key innovations in Lithography

Presenters: Martin Verhoeven, Peter Wardenier (ASML System Engineering, Veldhoven NL)

Over the past 60 years, the semiconductor industry has relentlessly followed Moore’s law in creating ever smaller microchips. Lithography has played a pivotal role in shrinking the size of critical circuit features, albeit litho challenges have become very demanding.

The risks related to potential lithography complexity and equipment affordability have spurred opinion fearing the end of Moore’s law. Martin and Peter will discuss the main trends in the semicon industry and highlight key innovations in ASML Lithography to keep “Moore” alive and kicking.

Register now using the form below. If you cannot attend the lecture, please deregister before the 4th of October. Otherwise, you must pay a no-show fee of 5€. Contact us at external@ieeesbe.nl if you have any questions. See you there!
